Cash Pay:
Initial Consultation: 130$ and is due at the time of the session.
53-minute session: 115$ and is due at the time of the session.
Payment Options:
I accept cash, most major credit cards and debit cards SquareUp for cash payments. Other forms of payment may be suggested and considered upon request.
Headway accepts major credit cards, debit cards, HSA (Health Savings Account), FSA (Flexible Spending Account), HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement), and direct checking account transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide 24 hours’ notice. This allows me the time and ability to offer that time to someone else. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up for your appointment you will be charged a $75 flat rate.
Length and Frequency of Sessions:
While individual needs may differ, I typically recommend once-a-week sessions to start. Based on your goals, progress and needs we can then reduce the frequency of sessions to bi-weekly or monthly.
