Imagine waking up in the morning already feeling tired. Carrying the weight of daily stress along with past experiences can be overwhelming—not just mentally, but physically as well. I work with individuals to take a holistic approach to healing, helping the body feel safer, reducing stress, and improving overall energy and mood.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience Psychology with minors in Chemistry and Religion, as well as a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan. I am licensed in both Florida and Nevada.
I specialize in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), working with individuals who experience chronic pain and chronic illness. As a former athlete and someone who has personally lived with pain, I bring both professional training and personal understanding into my work. My approach focuses on helping clients retrain the brain’s response to pain, creating lasting relief and improved quality of life.
In addition to chronic pain, I have experience working with adolescents navigating life transitions and with women’s mental health, and I am currently completing additional certification in this area.
Originally from Miami, Florida, I now reside in Daytona Beach. Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends—whether that’s hiking, relaxing at the beach, or playing softball.
