Imagine waking up in the morning and your body feeling tired. Carrying the stress of everyday life along with past trauma can be overwhelming. I work with individuals to provide a holistic approach to allow their bodies to feel less stress while improving their energy and mood.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience Psychology with a Minor in Chemistry and Religion and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan. A born and raised Miami, FL native I currently reside in my home country in Roatan, Honduras.
As a former athlete and someone who has lived with the pain, I have training and experience in Pain Reprocessing Therapy where I specialize in individuals who suffer from chronic pain. I have training and experience working with adolescence as life transitions happen and mom and dad are not their go-to person.
As a pain survivor and a certified Mobility and Stretching Trainer, I have training and experience in the techniques and use of Cupping and Graston as they help reduce inflammation in the body as well as Mobility and Stretching to keep the muscles and joints as active as possible.
When I am not working I enjoy spending my time outdoors with family and friends whether it be hiking, at the beach, or simply playing softball.
